MHForever: a static recompilation of the PSP's Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G in Japan) into a native Windows program, with the console's system services rebuilt instead of emulated. A launcher sets it up from your own disc image. It plays at the original 30 fps or, with frame interpolation, at 60 to 180 fps, renders at several times the PSP's 480x272, and works with any controller SDL recognises. Early software with rough edges; online multiplayer, the US and Japanese releases, Linux and the Steam Deck, and more Monster Hunter games are planned.
Your own copy of Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for PSP, the European release (ULES01213, version 1.01), as a plain, uncompressed .iso of your UMD.
