Super Mario Bros. Wonder Recomp
BelmanteGuAI
A static recompilation of version 1.0.0 for Apple silicon Macs, Windows, Linux and Android: the game's AArch64 code becomes C++, and its calls to NVN, Nintendo's graphics API, run on Vulkan (MoltenVK on the Mac), with every shader translated ahead of time. The title, file and character select, the opening, the world map and course 1-1 run at 60 fps, with an optional ultrawide mode that shows more of the level. Still early: Windows can crash after character select, and Android has rendering and memory issues. No release yet; you build it yourself, or an APK for Android. Most of the code was written with AI (Claude) under the author's direction.
Your own dump of Super Mario Bros. Wonder 1.0.0 (base game, no update) with your own keys and firmware, and a Vulkan 1.3 graphics card (MoltenVK on an Apple silicon Mac). There's no download: you build it with clang, CMake and the Vulkan SDK.
