About this project
A static recompilation of the Switch remake into native apps for Windows, Linux and Apple silicon Macs, drawn with Vulkan, or Metal and MetalFX on a Mac. An unlocked aspect ratio shows more of the island up to ultrawide, resolution scales up or down, every key and button can be remapped, and an overlay menu sits on F1. Built around Owen_Splat's LAS Randomizer: play vanilla or any randomizer seed and switch between them without restarting. A beta with known crashes and graphics issues at ultrawide. The author says nearly all of it was written by AI (Claude).
What you need
Your own dump of Link's Awakening version 1.0.0 with no updates (the exefs and romfs folders). Windows and Linux need an x86-64 PC with Vulkan; a Mac needs Apple silicon.
